1. SHIPPING TIMES

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or major promotions).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


2. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are variable and depend on your location, the shipping option selected at checkout, and the weight/size of your items.

UK Shipping (Domestic)

Shipping within the UK typically ranges from £2.99 to £5.99, depending on the package size and courier used.

International Shipping

International shipping rates vary based on destination.
Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Please note:

  • International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times for international shipments may take longer due to customs clearance.


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier.

  • UK Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • USA/Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.


4. ORDER TRACKING

If your order includes tracking, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has shipped.
Some international orders may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.


5. DELAYS & RESPONSIBILITY

Virtiv is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Delays caused by customs

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the courier

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.


6. WRONG ADDRESS POLICY

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses

If the order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or damaged:

  • Please contact us at support@virtiv.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee refunds for situations outside our control (e.g., courier issues)
